Lanre Adisa

MD / Chief Creative Officer

Lanre has over 25 years marketing communications experience.

He started his career as a trainee Copywriter at MC&A: Saatchi & Saatchi in 1990 where he began his journey through notable marketing communication firms in the following years; the likes of Rosabel Advertising ,Franchise Communications, Insight Communications up to TBWA\Concept where he left after 5yrs as an Executive Creative Director in 2008 to start Noah’s Ark Communications.

Bolaji Alausa

Executive Creative Director

Bolaji began his career at Rosabel Leo Burnett in 2006 and then did a five-year stint with DDB Lagos. He moved to Noah’s Ark in 2011 as Associate Creative Director.

He has won several national awards, notably a Grand Prix at the 2015 and 2017 LAIF (Lagos Advertising & Ideas Festival). He is currently ranked 12th most published Creative Director in the world according to Lurzer’s Archive.  

Funke Adekola

Deputy Business Director

Funke Adekola is a marketing communications professional, who specializes in Brand and Business management.  A discipline that involves being an integral part of brand management, client servicing, business operations and the  creative processes from start to finish.  

 She is a graduate of the University of Buckingham, where she graduated with a first class in Economics, prior to that she studied Geography and Planning at the University of Lagos. She is a project management professional (PMP certified), she also has a certificate in investment management certificate (IMC) and a diploma in digital marketing (DDM)
